I'm a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering trauma-informed therapy in English and Spanish. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to stop surviving and start healing.
So many of us move through the world carrying things we were never meant to carry alone, trauma, family expectations, cultural pressure, wounds from relationships that shaped how we see ourselves. Over time those experiences can leave you feeling disconnected, anxious, or stuck in patterns you don't know how to break free from.
That's where I come in.
