  • Not at all. We walk slowly and choose a route that matches your comfort level. The goal is grounding, not athletic performance.

  • Sessions are available in safe, quiet outdoor locations in Oklahoma City. Exact locations are shared after scheduling to ensure privacy and safety.

  • If weather conditions aren’t ideal, we simply switch to an indoor or telehealth session for that day.

  • Yes. We use low-traffic paths where privacy is maintained. Confidentiality is taken seriously, and movement-based sessions follow the same ethical guidelines as office sessions.

  • For safety and effectiveness, EMDR is usually done in a seated setting. However, grounding and regulation tools from EMDR can be incorporated into Walk & Talk sessions as appropriate.

  • Walk & Talk sessions are billed the same as traditional therapy. If your insurance covers individual therapy, it can be applied to these sessions. I’ll walk you through pricing and insurance options during your consultation.
